günümüzde seyredebildiğimiz kocaman filmlerin (efektlerini kendileri yapsa da yapmasa da) ana sebebi. star wars sırasında kurulduğu zamandan beri, sürekli piyasaya yeni teknolojileri getirme cesaretine sahip tek şirket. 3d animasyonu bir filmde kullanan ilk şirket. jurassic park'ta steven spielberg'i 3d dinozorlar kullanması konusunda ikna eden şirket. şu anda lord of the rings, truva gibi filmler varsa, onlar sayesinde var. ve ilginç bir anektoddur ki.. şu anda ilm'deki görsel efekt prodüktörlerinden biri - ki adı john knoll'dur- adobe photoshop gibi yüce bir programın mucidi, geliştiricisidir. ee, böyle bi adamın olduğu bir şirket hakkında fazla bir şey söylemeye zaten insanın dili varmaz.
