2000 çıkışlı aşmış rain fell within albümü. ayrıca grubun çıkardığı ilk albümdür. operatik female vokal hakimiyetinde, after forever hayranlarının mutlaka ve mutlaka dinlemesi gereken, illaki bi kategoriye sokmak gerekirse atmosferik doom metal olarak nitelendirilebilecek bir yapıttır.

savatage'ın streets- a rock opera albümünün final parçasıdır... somewhere in time'ın ardından başlayan parça "i'll be right there, i'll never leave and all i ask of you is believe" sözleriyle çok ironiktir çok... nitekim bu sözler, 1993'de bir trafik kazasında hayatını yitiren criss oliva'nın mezar taşına da kazınacaktır... (birçok dinleyici tarafından believe'in criss oliva anısına yazıldığına inanılır... believe, 1991'de piyasaya çıkan streets- a rock opera albümünde yer alır, oysa criss oliva 1993 yılında hayata gözlerini yummuştur...)
