birinci agizdan yazilmis, klasik "dedektif gelir olayi cozer" formulunde olmayan, biraz buruk bir psikolojik roman, bir ask hikayesi. tabii icinde cinayet de var, sasirtici son da var, ne de olsa agatha christie. ayrica soylenenlere gore christie'nin kendisinin de en sevdigi kitabidir.

ismi william blakein kitapta da gecen bir siirinden gelir:

turkce'ye geceyarisi cinayeti adiyla cevrilmistir.

cuma günü moviemaxlerin bi tanesinde tv filmine rastladım.
ms. marple'ı görünce kendimden şüphe ettim. hem ingilizcesini hem de türkçesini okudum çünkü ve hatırladığım kadarıyla olayı katil kendisi anlatıyordu. herhangi bir dedektif falan da yoktu. hafızamı yokladıktan sonra google'ı da yokladım. haklıydım.

agatha christie'ye bu yapılmamalıydı. saygılı olun birazcık ona karşı allahsızlar :(

ayrıca en sevdiğim agatha christie kitabıdır.

çok çok iyi bir roman. sadece kriminal sürükleyiciliğiyle değil edebi yanının kuvvetli oluşuyla da öne çıkan bir roman. ayrıca çok zor tahmin edilebilecek, sahiden sürprizli bir sonu var. genel olarak merak unsurunu güçlü tutmasıyla sürükleyici romanlar yazan agatha christie bu romanını güzel bir de aşk hikayesiyle süslemiş.

hercule poirot'suz bir agatha christie romanı. hem romantik hem polisiye. romantik polisiye.

son birkaç sayfasıyla bir anda vites yükselten ve okuyucuyu heyecanlandırıp mutlu kılan bir kitap.

ortalama altı bir okuyucu olarak benim yorumum bu oldu. kitabın hemen hepsi düşük-orta tempoda, pek ipucu vermeden sürüyor ve son sayfalarda patlamasını yapıyor. bu kadar basit(biraz abartarak söylüyorum) bir hikayeyi hiç sıkmadan, sonuna kadar okutması(ve sonunda bizi ödüllendirmesi) agatha teyzenin başarısı olsa gerek.
