burton lane'in bestelediği ve sözleri ralph freed'e ait olan 1941 tarihli şarkı. ilk kez aynı yıl gösterime giren girls on broadway filminde judy garland ve mickey rooney tarafından seslendirilmiştir. robin williams'lı meşhur the fisher king filminde de kullanılmıştır. başka birçok filmde de yer almış gerçek bir klasiktir. bazı yorumlarda james durante yerine franklin roosevelt şeklinde söylenir. sözleri şöyledir;
