Hard Times (~ Ciplak yumruk) ' Filminin Konusu : Çılgın diktatör M.Bison, müttefik devletler insani yardım çalışanlarını rehin alır. Albay Guile ve komutasındaki birlik Bison'u alt etmeye gider. Bu arada Bison'un sağ kolu Sagat'tan intikam almak isteyen Chun-Li, Balrog ve Honda, televizyon ekibi gibi görünerek Bison'un üssüne sızarlar. Ken ve Ryu isimli iki dövüşçüyse bu hesaplaşmanın tam ortasında kalmıştır. Popüler konsol ve bilgisayar oyunu Street Fighter 2'nin aksiyon yönetmeni Steven E. de Souza tarafından sinemaya uyarlanan bu yapımında, başrolü Jean Claude Van Damme ve Raul Julia paylaşıyorlar. Ayrıca filmde ünlü Avustralyalı şarkıcı Kylie Minogue da Cammie rolüyle izleyici karşısına çıkıyor.
