don't go chasing adıyla da bilinen amerikalı müzik grubu tlc'nin 1994 çıkışlı crazysexycool adlı albümlerinde yer alan üçüncü şarkı. şarkının yayıncısı ise laface records'dur. şarkı, abd'de 1 numaraya kadar yükselmiştir. şarkı ayrıca billboard dergisine göre 1995 yılının en iyi 2. şarkısıdır. "waterfalls", vh1'in 100'ün son 25 yılın en iyi 100 şarkısı listesinde 13. sırada yer almıştır. ayrıca vh1'in 90'lı yılların en iyi 100 şarkısı listesinde de 8 numarada yer almıştır. şarkıda seksi sanatçı lisa lopes tarafından söylenen bir rap bölümü de bulunur. şarkı, o sıralardaki aids karşıtı hareketlere paralel olarak yazılmıştır. şarkıda, mesaj içerikli ve benzetmelerden yararlanılarak aids gibi bulaşıcı cinsel hastalıklara karşı sözler geçmektedir. f. gary gray tarafından şarkının klibi de oldukça dikkat çekicidir. klip, 1995 mtv müzik ödüllerinde 4 ödül kazanmıştır. cover versiyonları da olan önemli bir eserdir. sözleri şöyledir;

"kaybettikleri bir leke gibi hic silinmeyecekse insanin icinden" demistim bir keresinde. hep ne cok kaybetmisim gibi gelirken, ustune gelen yeni kayiplarin sasirtici olmasina sasirmamak lazim galiba.
