alfred hitchcock'un 1939 yapımı filmi. sir humphrey gibi deli bir karaktere sahiptir, çok heyecanlı ve sürükleyici olmasa da hoştur.

bbc'de pazartesi gunu baslayip ilk bolumuyle ceyrek izleyicisini ses kalitesi ve oyuncularin bangir bangir mirildandiklari agir bati ingiltere aksanlariyla kaybetmis nefis mini dizi...bugun 3. bolumuyle galiba bitirdiler. ılk bolumde ben de izlerken can cekiserek anlamaya calistim esas erkek karakterin cumlelerini... ama seyirciler isyan etmisler, bir dolu sikayet gitmis kanala ve bugun bitiriverdiler.hala icimde bir umut, teknik problemlerini asip devam ettirmelerini temenni ediyorum. konusuyla ve oyunculuklarla uzun zamandir bekledigim turden bir donem dizisiydi. 1820'ler... koklayabilecegin kadar itinayla cekilmis sahneler.. elleri dert gormesin. memlekette donem dizisi cekecem diye, iki lokma otantik sahne cekecem diye oyunculari 21. yuzyil makyajiyla uzun uzun kameralara pozlar verdirip, guzel sanatlar ogrencilerine bedavaya kartondan ahsap gorunumlu evler yaptirip bir de utanmadan uhu izlerini bile gorebilecegimiz mesafelerden uzun uzun cekim yapmayi dizi cekmek zanneden yonetmen ve yapimci bozuntularina silah zorryla ibret ve ders mahiyetinde izlettirilebilecek guzide bir eser daha jamaica inn.

hitchcock'ın pek bilinmeyen filmlerinden birisi. bir rear window, birds felan olmasa da ustanın bütün filmleri iyidir aslında. 1939 yılı yapımı, o yılların filmlerinde aslında eleştiri çok yapası gelmiyor insanın. iyidir, iyi izleyin.
