her yanından kalite ve klaslık akan, mükemmel bir george michael klasiği. özellikle o hep bir ağızdan ''freedom!'' diye bağrılan nakarat birçok filmde, reklamda kullanılmıştır, dinlettiğiniz çoğu kişi ''aaa o şarkı bu muymuş'' der hatta genelde.

klibinde faith klibinde kullandığı deri ceketi yakar. zaten bir milattır bu şarkı, ''artık eksisi gibi laylaylom değilim, olgunlaştım ve yapmak istediğimde özgürüm'' demektir. faith günlerine, plak şirketine lanettir.

plaklarla ilgileniyorsanız, 45'lik single'ını gördüğünüz yerde almanızı tavsiye ederim, ben 8 tl vermiştim. son derece nadir, değerli ve özel bir kayıttır, b yüzünde süper bir mix vardır ayrıca.

kısaca freedom olarak da bilinen ve yunan asıllı ingiliz müzik yıldızı george michael bestesi olan pop şarkısı. sanatçının 1990 tarihli ikinci solo albümü listen without prejudice vol. 1'de yer alan parça, abd'de billboard hot 100 müzik listesinde 8 numaraya kadar yükselmeyi başarmış başarılı bir çalışmadır. şarkıda, michael, wham grubundan ayrılmasına ve müzik endüstrisine dair bazı göndermeler yapmaktadır. hatta bunun devamı niteliğinde, sanatçı, şarkının klibinde kendisi yer almamış ve model kadınlara yer vermiştir. bu modeller arasında en sonlarda gözüken naomi ve cindy crawford gibi dönemin en ünlü kadın süpermodelleri de yer almaktadır. klibin yönetmeni ise, o zamanlar klip çeken ünlü yönetmen david fincher'dır. şarkının robbie williams tarafından seslendirilen güzel bir cover versiyonu da vardır. sözleri şöyledir;
