randy shilts tarafindan aids hakkinda yazilmis olan "and the band played on: politics, people and the aids epidemic" adli kitaptan uyarlanmis 1993 tarihli film. basrolunde matthew modine var, konu ise amerika'da 1980li yillarin basinda aids ile ilgili yapilan ilk arastirmalar ve toplumda hastalik hakkinda olusan gorusler/onyargilar ve bunlara karsi yapilan ugraslar.

matthew modine, alan alda ve nathalie baye'in oynadığı, steve martin ve glenne headly'nin de arada ce-eee yaptığı değişik film.. geçen sene bilginin film günlerinde tekbaşıma izleyip, sonundaki freddie mercury sahneleriyle hıck mıck olmuştum..
