ayakta dururken hazir ol pozisyonundan rahat pozisyonuna geciniz. orijin noktaniz rahat pozisyonudur. nakarat kisminda "what's up x, what's up" derken ellerini belinize koymadan, kalcalarinizi on sag, arka sag, arka sol, on sol seklinde oynatarak; ama bu oynatma sirasinda hicbir sekilde ayaklari yerden kaldirmayarak ve asla orijin noktasina geri donmeyerek hareket ediniz. kutuk gibi durmamak adina dizlerinizi biraz kirabilirsiniz. "what's up x, what's up" iki kere tekrar edilecektir. bu durumda kalcalarinizi tekrar ayni sekilde oynatiniz. ilk sirayi takip etmek zorunda degilsiniz, ancak capraz (misal arka soldan on saga) oynatmak yerine dikdortgensel yorungeler secmeyi tercih etmelisiniz.

nakratin ikinci bolumunde "x jump on it, jump on it, jump on it" denirken dizlerinizi kirarak, bir saga bir sola basarak ve kendi cevreniz etrafinda donerek tepininiz; zira tepinin (jump on it) diyor sarki.

ilk bolumde yuzunuzle komik ifadeler yapmayi ve ikinci bolumde gulucukler sacmayi unutmayin. gayet salakca bir dans olsa da bircok insanla birlikte yapmaya kalkinca zevki cikabiliyor. ozellikle sarhosken eglendirici oluyor.
