birbirinden çok farklı konu ve çizim tarzına sahip 3 bölüme haiz olan anime. çizimler tümüyle beni etkiledi, özellikle 3. bölüm fevkaladeydi. buna rağmen fazla tanınmaması beni şaşırttı.

üç hikayeden oluşan bir anime. ilk hikaye, uzayda hurda uyduların ve gemilerin bulunduğu bir bölgeden yardım çağrısı alan bir geminin, s.o.s. sinyalinin kaynağına varmasıyla gelişen bir sci-fi/ghost story. ikinci hikaye ise, yanlışlıkla test aşamasındaki bir ilacı içerek koku bombası haline dönüşen bir adamın komik öyküsünü anlatıyor. son hikaye cannon fodder ise harika bir tarzı olan, yer yer pink floyd the wall'daki animasyonlara benzeyen, bir çocuğun gözünden anlatılan savaş karşıtı bir öykü. suratları gri,hastalıklı karakterler ve özellikle dev savaş toplarının gölgesindeki şehrin tasarımı çok başarılı. metropolis filmine göndermede bulunan robotlaşmış işçi sınıfı ve çölün diğer tarafındaki bilinmeyen düşman, hikayeye çeşni katan unsurlar. final bölümünün de şaşırtıcı bir şekilde oldukça yoruma açık olması bir diğer artı sayılabilir.
