bir rivayete göre: şarkı kayıt aşamasındayken michael şarkıyı okumuş fakat okuduktan sonra ağlayarak stüdyoyu terketmiş. bruce swedien hemen arkasından koşarak "noldu michael anlat hele" diyerekten michael'a ne olduğunu öğrenmeye çabalarken michael şarkıyı istediği gibi okuyamadığı için üzüldüğünü, sinirlendiğini ve bunun göz yaşlarına vurduğunu belirtmiş. işte böyle de hırslı bir adamdır michael jackson.

mutsuzlaşmak üzereyken açıp dinliyorum bunu. (bon jovi'nin keep the faith'inden bahsediyorum) nezle olmadan önce tylolhot içmek gibi bir şey, mümkün değil izin vermiyor hastalanmama. bendeki çağrışımları ve gazı muhteşem. rabbim herkese böyle tylolhot görevinde şarkılar nasip etsin. (sultans of swing de bir diğeridir, ohss..)

gospel korosu ve michael jackson ! sonuç = mükemmel bir şarkı.yavaş yavaş yükselmesi , modülasyonu , sonundaki coşup koptuğu kısım...harika fakat pek bilinmeyen , popüler olmamış bir şarkı.belki de böylesi daha güzeldir.glen ballard, siedah garrett ve michael jackson imzası taşır.tarz olarak dangerous'un man in the mirror'ı diyebiliriz.

döneme yetişenler bilir, bon jovi'nin bu funky şarkısını walkman'den dinlerken gürültülü bir ortamdaysanız bas girişini kesinlikle duymazdınız, aniden tico torres'in davulu girer ve melodiyi yakalayamadığınız için şarkının havasına giremezdiniz bir süre. belki sadece benim tecrübe ettiğim bir durumdur bu, belki de tüm genellemeler yanlıştır.
