mükemmel bir u2 parçası. tramvayda kendi içime gömülmüşken birden çalmaya başladı. tek düşündüğüm 'daha önce neden dinlemedim??' oldu. sesi fulledim, kendimi şarkının akışına bıraktım.şimdi üst üste dinlemekten kendimi alamıyorum ya. takıldım resmen.

kesinlikle underrated bir sarkidir. u2'nun en guzel 2 sarkisindan biridir. digeri tabii ki de, sicak yaz gunlerinde ruzgar etkisiyle the ground beneath her feet

''the troubles", 20. yüzyılda yaşanmış, iki dönemi kapsayan irlanda'daki şiddet olaylarını anlatmak amacıyla kullanılır. 1960lardan 1990ların ortalarına değin sürmüştür. itilaf, gerilla savaşı ve sivil savaşı anlatmak için de kullanılır. kuzey irlanda'da yaşanmış bu olaylar ingiltere ve irlanda'ya da sıçramıştır. bu dönem içinde yaşanan en önemli olaylar '' bloody sunday'','' bloody friday'', ''internment'', ''dublin ve monaghan daki bombalamalar'', lord mountbatten suikasti, margaret thatcher'a suikast girişimi olarak gösterilebilir.
