aslında grubun ilk albümleri the strength / the sound / the songs'ın danny & lucy ve ardından rock the rebel metal the devil'ın mr. & mrs. ness şarkılarının hikayelerinin birleştireştirilmesiyle oluşmuştur ve klibinde de hepsini görsel hale getirilmiş.

hikayemiz 16 yaşındaki ergen bir hatunun ailesiyle tartışmasıyla başlar. kızımız lucy ilk şarkıda anlatıldığı gibi 28 yaşında junkie bir eleman olan dany ile takılmaktadır ve mary ann's place'deki tartışmadan sonra elemanla basar giderler siyah bir muscle car ile. takılmalar ve sevişmelerden sonra kaza yaparlar, acı haber çok geçmeden aileye ulaşır. annemiz intihar eder üzüntüsünden, baba ise cinayet suçlamasıyla hapse gönderilir. ardınan ailesinin mezarını ziyarete gelecektir mr. ness, yukarından da kaybettikleri tarafından izlenerek.
