roger waters'ın solo kariyerinin en önemli parçalarından biridir ve pink floyd klasikleri kadar güzel olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. bence değeri bilinmemiştir. ayrıca bu parça the wall live in berlin konserinde the wall albümünün kapanış parçası olan outside the wall parçasının yerini almış ve parçayı roger waters ile beraber joni mitchell, cyndi lauper, bryan adams, van morrison ve paul carrack söylemişlerdir.

radio kaos albümünü kapatan şarkının adı ve med cezir sırasında suların kabarması anlamına gelen ifade.

atmosferi oldukça karanlık albümün kapanışını daha umutlu bir şekilde yapabilmek için waters bu parçayı kullanmış.

kapanışındaki male voice choir tüyler ürpertir.

ha, bir de son cümlesi olan "tide is turning, sylvester", kedi sylvester'e değil, bildiğin sylvester stallone'ye, yani kaba abd gücünü temsil eden rambo'ya yönelik, "ayağını denk al" mealinde.
